1. No Refund Policy

• All courses offered by Fly2German are digital products.
• Once a course is purchased and access is provided, no refunds will be issued.
• This applies to:
  • Live online classes
  • Recorded video content
  • Downloadable study materials
  • Exam preparation programs

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that digital products are non-refundable.

2. No Cancellations

• Course purchases cannot be cancelled after successful payment.
• Once access to the course platform is granted, the order is considered final.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error
• Payment deducted but course access not provided

In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours of payment with valid proof.

4. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

• Any approved refund (only in exceptional cases) will be processed via Razorpay.
• Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.

5. Course Cancellation by Fly2German

• If Fly2German cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be offered:
  • An alternative batch or
  • Full refund (at Fly2German’s discretion)
